Filter for Project Owner to include Secondary Owner

When I filter for a project owner, I want the results to include projects where the selected person is either the primary project owner or the secondary owner. We use Hubspot, so our project owner is the deal negotiator, and the secondary owner is responsible for delivering the project. This feature would allow us to see all projects a person is involved in, both from a sales and a delivery perspective, in a single view.
