More sophisticated time tracking Tasks

Task management in Settings is very basic.

Let’s take it to 2.0:

• bulk edit tasks

• set task as project-specific (not available for other projects, never cluttering list views that show shared tasks)

• see in which projects each task is available and used

• filter the task list (text match) and sort by name to find if a similarly named task already exists

• optional: configure defaults:

  • always use these tasks [e.g. for billable client projects]

• optional: require tasks to be set in order to track time to a project (currently if no tasks are set, you may still track time to the project without a task)

• allow editable ext_task external references to be used (e.g. upload / push tasks over API from another system)
