Time off allocation type

Add the possibility to define a time of allocation type like “parental leave” or “vacation”. This is already possible for time entries, but not yet in planning allocations.

The type of the time off will affect capacity calculations. I.e. if someone is on a parental leave, they’re omitted from the company’s total capacity.
