Add typical personnel costs + per-hour subcontractor costs. Add one-time expenses to projects. The goal is to get operational-level project & account profitability from the plans and actuals.

Hierarchy for Site not reflected when filtering

Our Sites are used as following: - Global - - Region - - - Country - - - Country - - Region - - - Country etc. When selecting a Region when filtering in the people view, it does not return the people assigned to the contries within that region, it shows none. Our expectations would be that the hierarchy in the Site set up is for the reason of being able to use it this way. Please confirm if this is a bug or intended behaviour

Add Export Functionality for Planned vs. Actual Reports

I’d like to be able to export the Planned vs Actual reports for both people and projects by week so I can share this data with team members who are not in Operating, e.g.: For the month of January week by week, planned vs actual hours for each team member, both overall and by project, so I can share with their development leads For the month of January week by week, planned vs. actual hours for each project, both overall and by person, so I can share with the engagement lead I can export time entries for projects or for people but would need to do significant data manipulation to get the same results that are in the Planned vs Actual reports.

I need a built-in tool or wizard to 'migrate' resource allocations from one project to a new project (e.g., a renewal project) at either a role level or a role and person level. This is critical for managing annual managed service renewals and long-range capacity planning, as merging projects is not a viable solution because it causes the loss of the ability to track different rates, efficiencies, and project profitability on renewals.

I want to add two metrics to the project list view, mainly because we use fixed price projects: 1) '% allocated' so we can see if our project managers have added a realistic amount of allocations. 2) 'actual versus planned hours to date %' so we can easily see which projects are over and underspending.

Include expense pictures (=receipts) in Invoice

Pictures can be uploaded to an expense and are accessible via the expense on the specific project. Unfortunately, it seems that the pictures/receipts are not captured in the invoice. The receipts are required documentation that we need to provide to our clients.

Dynamic Timesheet Compliance Flag (90% Threshold)

I want a dynamic flag created based on time entries and a person's working hours. This flag would assess whether a person has 'accounted for 90% or more time' in a specific period (e.g., last 7 days, last 30 days). With this flag, I could filter all reports to identify people who haven't submitted timesheets and need chasing, or identify people who are 'safe' to include in utilization reporting.

As an admin, I want to be able to unlock a user's timesheet for a specific period if they have locked it in error. This would allow the user to correct their own mistakes, rather than placing the responsibility on the admin to fix the errors. I recognize there are risks with this functionality, but it would be a helpful option.

"Projects for me" filter should apply to the user whose timesheet is being edited

When a user, such as a Personal Assistant, is in the 'Hours' section and submitting a timesheet on behalf of another person, the 'Projects for me' filter should display the projects assigned to the person for whom the timesheet is being filled out, rather than the projects of the assistant who is performing the action. This would make the feature more useful and efficient for administrative staff who manage timesheets for multiple users.

Make 'Unarchive' button in Timeline functional or remove it to avoid confusion

When viewing archived projects in the Timeline's People view, there is an 'unarchive' button that is disabled and not clickable. This is confusing because the button is visible but cannot be used. The button should either be removed from this view to avoid confusion, or it should be made functional to allow unarchiving directly from the Timeline, which would be more efficient than having to go to the Project Directory.
