Overview

Date formats in Operating are automatically determined by your browser’s locale settings. This means the way dates appear—such as MM/DD/YYYY vs. DD/MM/YYYY—depends on the language and region settings of your web browser or operating system.

Example

  • If your browser is set to US English, dates will appear like 07/01/2025 (for July 1st, 2025).

  • If your browser is set to British English, the same date will appear as 01/07/2025.

Can I change the date format in the app?

No. Currently, Operating does not provide an in-app setting to change how dates are displayed. Instead, date formats automatically follow the configuration of your device and browser.

How to adjust the format

If you'd like to change how dates appear in Operating, you can:

  1. Change your browser’s language or locale settings.

  2. Restart the browser and reload the app.

Note: Changing your browser locale may affect how other websites display content as well.
