Sidebar structure

At the top, you see your company name. Clicking it reveals links to your own profile, settings, and to logout (sign out).
Below that, you see the search. You can also hit ctrl+K on Windows and cmd+K on a Mac to find this global search.
Below that, you can find some of the basic use cases:
Hours – time tracking
Invoicing – list of projects that have invoices coming up, “To be Invoiced”; and of course Sent Invoices
Dual timeline – this is where you can access the Projects, People, or both timelines in the same screen. You may also view any lists of projects or people as a timeline – more about that below – but viewing both simultaneously happens here
Reports
Below that, if you have any Pinned items, those appear here.
Projects, People, Positions, etc.
After that, you have the list views of all the things in your company. Under the company name, you can see
Projects
In Projects, you can choose to display the same data (filters applied) on either a List or a Timeline.
List – familiar to you as the Project Horizon (until November 2025)
Timeline – with the same content, after a click of the List/Timeline switcher at top right
People
Similar to Projects, you can switch between different formats: List/Cards/Timeline.
Positions – this means a “row in a project team setup”, e.g. an assignment to play a part in that project
Clients, Time Entries, Views and Directory (to be removed in late 2025 and replaced by the list views above)
Pinning items to the sidebar
Most pages can be pinned – if you’re looking to pin a specific project, search for it first with cmd/ctrl+K and then pin the fullscreen page.
Choose a page with a View you like and then hit the 📌 icon next to the view name, in this example “Ending soon”.

Here’s a neat collection of Pinned things you might want to check out.
