What’s the difference between a User and a Person in Operating?

Term	Description
User	Someone with login access to Operating; can interact with the platform
Person	A professional profile of a person; may or may not be linked to a user; visible in all list views like People and Timeline

Users are often identified by email (or SSO ID).
Not all users need to be linked to a person and vice versa
- Example: a manager might only have a user access, but no designated person in the system
